We help organize the financial decisions that become more connected as wealth grows.
Manna Wealth Management helps clients integrate investment management with broader financial planning. Depending on the client, that can include retirement planning, employer retirement accounts, cash-flow and liquidity analysis, concentrated assets, real estate exposure, business interests, education planning, insurance review, estate-planning considerations and coordination with outside tax and legal professionals.
For Miami clients, those moving parts can be unusually diverse. A balance sheet may include multiple properties, private-company ownership, executive equity, retirement accounts, taxable investments and cross-border connections. Each asset may have a different level of liquidity, tax treatment, risk and purpose.
Why Miami can require a more integrated financial plan.
Miami’s economy combines real estate, entrepreneurship, international business, technology, professional services and finance. That can create financial decisions that extend well beyond portfolio selection.
REAL ESTATE
Property can dominate net worth
High-value real estate can create substantial wealth without creating the same liquidity as marketable investments. Planning should distinguish net worth from readily available capital.
BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
Private-company wealth behaves differently
For founders and business owners, a company may represent the largest asset on the balance sheet. That makes liquidity, concentration, succession and eventual transition planning especially important.
EXECUTIVE EQUITY
Career and investment risk can overlap
Salary, bonuses, restricted stock and concentrated company shares can create significant exposure to one employer. The household should be evaluated as a whole.
LIQUIDITY
High net worth does not always mean high liquidity
A household may own valuable property or business interests while still needing deliberate planning for taxes, spending, opportunities and unexpected cash needs.
CROSS-BORDER
Financial lives can cross jurisdictions
Miami clients may have family, assets, businesses or obligations outside the United States. Specialized tax and legal issues should be coordinated with qualified professionals.
RETIREMENT
Retirement is a cash-flow problem as well as an investment problem
Retirement planning should connect spending, portfolio income, Social Security, retirement accounts, taxes, reserves and major property decisions.
Advice built around the source and structure of your wealth.
Different forms of wealth create different planning questions. Our work is designed to begin with the client’s situation rather than a generic demographic label.
Executives & senior professionals
Coordinate salary, bonuses, equity compensation, retirement plans, taxable investments and major career transitions within one financial strategy.
Entrepreneurs & business owners
Plan around concentrated business ownership, liquidity needs, retirement savings, diversification, insurance considerations and potential future sale or succession.
Physicians, attorneys & professionals
Bring high earned income, practice or partnership interests, retirement accounts, insurance, real estate and family goals into a coordinated planning framework.
High-net-worth & ultra-high-net-worth families
Coordinate investments, cash flow, concentrated assets, estate and legacy considerations, tax-sensitive decisions and multiple generations of family priorities.
Retirees & pre-retirees
Evaluate retirement timing, sustainable spending, portfolio income, required distributions, Social Security, reserves and the role of real estate in the retirement balance sheet.
Families after a liquidity event
Transition from a concentrated asset—such as a company, property or inherited position—to a deliberate structure for liquidity, investment, risk management and long-term goals.
One relationship for the decisions that affect the broader financial picture.
Service scope depends on the client and applicable advisory agreement. Manna’s role is to connect investment decisions with the broader planning issues that influence them.

401(k) & Employer Retirement Guidance

Tax-Minded Planning
Consider tax-sensitive investment and planning decisions while coordinating specialized tax questions and implementation with the client’s CPA or other qualified tax professional.
Financial Modeling
Use cash-flow projections, net-worth analysis, scenario testing and retirement modeling to examine tradeoffs and the potential impact of major financial decisions.
Business & Liquidity Planning
Help business owners think through concentration, liquidity reserves, diversification, retirement funding and the financial consequences of a future transition or sale.
Concentrated Wealth Review
Evaluate how a large position in company stock, real estate, a private business or another major asset affects the household’s overall risk and liquidity profile.
Insurance Review
Consider insurance needs in the context of income, assets, family responsibilities, business interests, liquidity and the broader financial plan.
Estate & Legacy Planning Review
Identify estate-planning considerations within the financial plan and coordinate legal drafting and implementation with qualified estate counsel.
Education Planning
Evaluate education funding goals while keeping retirement, cash flow, taxes and other long-term family objectives in view.
Ongoing Strategic Advice
Review the plan as markets, income, family circumstances, businesses, property, retirement timing and goals change over time.
