May 2019 – Husband and Wife David and Avisha Kassir featured in the 2019 Miami Magazine Power Players issue.  David and Avisha were selected in this year’s Power couple issue in Miami, FL.  After spending approximately 16 years in Washington DC, the couple had decided the time was right to embark on the next chapter of their lives.   In 2016 David and Avisha left the comfort of their home, family and friends and set forth on a new path to discovering new friends and a new love affair with all that is Miami.   Luckily given David’s work in wealth management, numerous clients had moved to Florida prior to their move thus opening an office located in Miami Beach was a natural progression.  Life is very different now for David and Avisha with the birth of their new son Brickell Kennedy Kassir.   Avisha whom is still very active in Real Estate in Washington DC and Northern VA became a Real Estate Broker in Miami Beach.   Now she caters to a multitude of new clients from Washington DC to Canada all looking for a home in Miami.   Together they have taken Miami by storm in forging new friendships and connections that have cemented their lives in Miami FL.
