We may disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties only as permitted or required by law. This includes disclosures to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, to process or service transactions you request or authorize, or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Former Clients

We extend the same privacy protections to former clients as we do to current clients. Your nonpublic personal information remains protected under this Privacy Notice regardless of whether your account with us remains active.
