What Manna Wealth Management Does in Miami
‎

We help organize the financial decisions that become more connected as wealth grows.

What does a Miami financial advisor at Manna help with?
Manna Wealth Management helps clients integrate investment management with broader financial planning. Depending on the client, that can include retirement planning, employer retirement accounts, cash-flow and liquidity analysis, concentrated assets, real estate exposure, business interests, education planning, insurance review, estate-planning considerations and coordination with outside tax and legal professionals.
The objective is not to force every client into the same model. It is to understand how the moving parts of a household or business fit together and then build an investment and planning framework around the client’s actual priorities.

For Miami clients, those moving parts can be unusually diverse. A balance sheet may include multiple properties, private-company ownership, executive equity, retirement accounts, taxable investments and cross-border connections. Each asset may have a different level of liquidity, tax treatment, risk and purpose.

Miami Wealth Planning

Why Miami can require a more integrated financial plan.

Miami’s economy combines real estate, entrepreneurship, international business, technology, professional services and finance. That can create financial decisions that extend well beyond portfolio selection.

REAL ESTATE

Property can dominate net worth

High-value real estate can create substantial wealth without creating the same liquidity as marketable investments. Planning should distinguish net worth from readily available capital.

BUSINESS OWNERSHIP

Private-company wealth behaves differently

For founders and business owners, a company may represent the largest asset on the balance sheet. That makes liquidity, concentration, succession and eventual transition planning especially important.

EXECUTIVE EQUITY

Career and investment risk can overlap

Salary, bonuses, restricted stock and concentrated company shares can create significant exposure to one employer. The household should be evaluated as a whole.

LIQUIDITY

High net worth does not always mean high liquidity

A household may own valuable property or business interests while still needing deliberate planning for taxes, spending, opportunities and unexpected cash needs.

CROSS-BORDER

Financial lives can cross jurisdictions

Miami clients may have family, assets, businesses or obligations outside the United States. Specialized tax and legal issues should be coordinated with qualified professionals.

RETIREMENT

Retirement is a cash-flow problem as well as an investment problem

Retirement planning should connect spending, portfolio income, Social Security, retirement accounts, taxes, reserves and major property decisions.

Who We Serve in Miami

Help business owners think through concentration, liquidity reserves, diversification, retirement funding and the financial consequences of a future transition or sale.

Concentrated Wealth Review

Evaluate how a large position in company stock, real estate, a private business or another major asset affects the household’s overall risk and liquidity profile.

Insurance Review

Ongoing Strategic Advice

Review the plan as markets, income, family circumstances, businesses, property, retirement timing and goals change over time.

How We Work

Miami Financial Advisor FAQs

Questions Miami investors, families and business owners often ask.

These answers are educational and general. Individual recommendations depend on the client’s circumstances and applicable advisory relationship.

What does Manna Wealth Management do for clients in Miami?
Manna provides investment management and financial-planning services from its Miami office. Depending on the relationship, planning can address retirement, employer retirement accounts, cash flow, liquidity, real estate exposure, business interests, concentrated wealth, education, insurance and estate-planning considerations.
Does Manna Wealth Management work with high-net-worth families in Miami?
Manna works with clients whose financial lives may involve substantial investment assets, real estate, private businesses, concentrated positions, retirement assets and multigenerational family priorities. The scope of service depends on the client and advisory agreement.
How can a Miami business owner plan when the company is the largest family asset?
Planning can distinguish private-business value from liquid financial assets and examine reserves, retirement savings, diversification, insurance considerations and the financial impact of a possible future sale or succession. Specialized tax and legal matters should be handled with qualified professionals.
How should a Miami executive think about company stock and equity compensation?
The analysis should consider total economic exposure. Career income, bonuses, restricted stock and investment holdings may all depend on the same company, so concentration and liquidity decisions should be evaluated across the household.
Can Manna coordinate with my CPA and estate attorney?
Yes. A financial advisor can organize relevant investment and planning information and help identify decisions that should be coordinated with tax or legal professionals. Each professional remains responsible for advice within their own area of expertise.
What is the difference between net worth and liquid wealth?
Net worth includes assets such as real estate and private businesses that may not be readily spendable. Liquid wealth generally refers to cash and assets that can be converted to cash more readily. A high net worth does not always mean a household has abundant day-to-day liquidity.
Is Manna Wealth Management an SEC-registered investment adviser?
Yes. Manna Wealth Management Inc. is an SEC-registered investment adviser. Registration does not imply a particular level of skill or training. Prospective clients should review the firm’s current Form CRS and Form ADV.
How often should a financial plan be reviewed?
Review frequency depends on the client’s circumstances. A plan should generally be revisited when important facts change, including income, family circumstances, business ownership, retirement timing, major purchases, liquidity events or long-term goals.
Where is Manna Wealth Management’s Miami office?
Manna Wealth Management’s Miami office is located at 801 Brickell Avenue, 8th Floor, Miami, Florida 33131. The Miami office phone number is 305-306-7107.
Can Manna help if most of my net worth is tied up in Miami real estate?
Financial planning can evaluate real estate as part of the household balance sheet while separately considering liquidity, debt, carrying costs, investable assets and future cash needs. Property value and liquid financial capital serve different roles.
Can a financial advisor help after I sell a business or other concentrated asset?
A liquidity event can materially change a household’s balance sheet. Planning can address cash reserves, investment allocation, concentration, tax-sensitive decisions, retirement goals, estate considerations and the transition from one large asset to a more diversified financial structure.
Does Florida’s lack of an individual state income tax eliminate the need for tax planning?
No. Federal income taxes, investment taxes, property taxes and other tax considerations can still affect financial decisions. Manna can incorporate tax-sensitive considerations into financial planning, while individual tax advice and implementation should come from a qualified tax professional.
Can Manna help with retirement planning in Miami?
Retirement planning can evaluate spending, portfolio withdrawals, retirement-account income, Social Security, taxes, reserves, investment risk and the role of major property or business assets in the retirement balance sheet.
Does Manna provide tax or legal advice?
Manna’s planning may consider tax-sensitive decisions and estate-planning issues, but specialized tax and legal advice, drafting and implementation should be provided by qualified tax and legal professionals.
What should I bring to a first meeting with a Miami financial advisor?
Helpful information can include investment and retirement statements, approximate income and spending, debts, real-estate holdings, business interests, insurance information and the major financial decisions you expect to face in the next several years.
